THE LAST HOUR OF MANY ANTICHRISTS [FRIDAY FIRE 107]

We’ve all heard of the anti-christ…the one who will deceive the entire world in the very end. But…

Do we know there are many anti-christs right now? Not just one?

In our western brand Religion of Niceness (RON) that is exported worldwide, we tend to avoid the proclamation of anti-christs in our midst. After all, it’s not “nice.”

But what does God’s Word tell us?

The last hour of many anti-christs even among us:

1 John 2:18-19  Children, it is the last hour; and just as you heard that antichrist is coming, even now many antichrists have appeared; from this we know that it is the last hour. They went out from us, but they were not really of us; for if they had been of us, they would have remained with us; but they went out, so that it would be shown that they all are not of us.

Our dear brother John goes on:

1 John 2:22  Who is the liar but the one who denies that Jesus is the Christ? This is the antichrist, the one who denies the Father and the Son.

1 John 4:2-3  By this you know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God; and every spirit that does not confess Jesus is not from God; this is the spirit of the antichrist, of which you have heard that it is coming, and now it is already in the world.

2 John 1:7 For many deceivers have gone out into the world, those who do not acknowledge Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh. This is the deceiver and the antichrist.

So then…who are the antichrists in our midst at this time? In our home churches, home groups, institutional churches? Infiltrated within the very body of Jesus Christ?

Are we protecting our children, the flock, and His holy Name? Let us be bold in rousting out those who are against Jesus and His clear commands: the anti-christ.

“Again, dear Father, we beg and beseech You to give us full discernment to identify and remove those anti-christs in our midst. We take your command to be holy in all our behavior very seriously. Help us to be sober in all things as our brother Paul showed us.”
