With the changing of the guard with any national leaders, we believers need to beg and beseech the Father for Him to give wisdom to these new leaders, wherever they may be on God’s green earth.
King Solomon, when he was still wise and basically uninfluenced by his pagan wives, knew this to be so and penned these words:
Give the king Your judgments, O God. And Your righteousness to the king’s son. (Psalm 72:1)
Staying in a protest mode against the leaders that God appoints over us accomplishes nothing but more sin.
“Almighty Father, help us by loving grace to honor You by honoring our leaders. And this begins with me and my family. We say we love You and want to please You in all ways. Let us bring it to pass in full truth.”
