At the end of recorded time as we know it, Jesus Christ makes His triumphal return to earth physically. In Matthew 25 He proclaims to His disciples that He will not be alone.
Who is it that accompanies Him? All the angels His Word declares. Not some…but all.
In other places, the Scriptures relate the fact that the Father ordained the creation through His Son of uncountable numbers of spirit beings…those we call angels. Myriads and myriads and thousands and thousands – essentially too many for a human being to count.
Most likely billions and billions…
And we as His beloved get the supernatural privilege to join Him, and the angels, in that final drama on earth.
