Hi. This is Marc White, Director, from Walk Worthy Ministries here in central Florida…2 vital facts:
- Fact: over 4,500,000,000 (that’s 4.5 billion) in the world learn through oral communication – they won’t or can’t read.
- Fact: 6 out of 7 American’s learn through oral communication – they also can’t or won’t read on any daily basis! That’s over 200 million people.
We really need your help, dear ones. On September 12-15 near Asheville, North Carolina the International Orality Network (ION) will host advanced training in the Oral Gospel at their Annual World Wide Conference. We here at Walk Worthy are being led by the Lord Jesus to partner with these major organizations to take the Oral Gospel worldwide, including right here in America!
We’ll be trained in gospel story crafting, gospel story telling, oral gospel discipleship, and other effective ministry tools. Some of the organizations participating and their staff that I know are Campus Crusade Story Runners, Wycliffe Bible Translators, International Mission Board, among others! Very exciting…and challenging!
