Bench Press – lay flat on your back and press them in front of you – use 2 35’s, setting the DBs on your knees, kicking them up, and horizontally press both DBs to lock out
Back Row – in a bent over position, flat back, and pulling one db from the floor; this utilizes your upper back muscles – use 1 35
Dumbbell Shoulder Press – start seated or standing and press both DBs straight over, you don’t arch your back
